Brian Latimer

While Belton, SC native Brian Latimer (aka B-Lat) is a relative newcomer to the FLW Tour, he grew up fishing regularly with his father, an avid tournament angler, and cut his teeth fishing local tournaments before moving on to regional circuits several years back.  In his first year on tour in 2016, Brian finished 3rd in the Rookie of the Year race and 47th in the overall points standings.  In his young professional career, Latimer has already proven to be a sharp, adaptive angler able to quickly learn foreign bodies of water and pick up new techniques.While not fishing or running his landscaping business, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and son and playing the guitar.  But more often than not, Brian seems to be fishing; if he's not on the lake, you may find him kayaking a local stream or river or running the river in his aluminum boat.‍
